	Real Estate Sales Lead Management System The transfer, maintenance, and enhancement of a Ruby on Rails web application used by sales representatives to track real estate sales leads and by their managers to generate reports about their team's performance.
	Skip Evict A highly secure private web application which tracks unexpected departures and evictions from rental properties and apartments. Successfully used to protect owners from repeated financial loss from a single individual renter.
	Wendigo (DHCP Server) A fully functional custom DHCP server built in two parts, a Java server responsible for sending and receiving low-level network traffic and a web service with APIs used to make dynamic leasing decisions on the fly.
