	Bella Apartments A website design created for a group of more than a dozen affiliated rental apartment complexes spread throughout Arizona. Features include an image gallery, integrated Walk Score map, and an online form used for residents to request maintenance work on their apartments.
	GigaShock Website and IVR The expanded public website and interactive voice response automated telephone system created for GigaShock, LLC, the web development and technology services company I founded in 2007.
	New Homes Reward Realty A website, CMS, and separate blog designed and developed for an Arizona-based real estate brokerage firm, New Home Rewards Realty Brokerage. Site included searchable home listings and groupings by master planned communities, all managed by the site owners through a CMS.
	O'Leary Builders A website for O'Leary Builders of Great Falls, MT. Includes a custom CMS and photo album management system created using the Kohana PHP framework, allowing the site owner to independently manage all aspects of the site.
	Real Estate Sales Lead Management System The transfer, maintenance, and enhancement of a Ruby on Rails web application used by sales representatives to track real estate sales leads and by their managers to generate reports about their team's performance.
	Sheri Nagy Artist A website for local Missoula artist, Sheri Nagy. Includes a custom built CMS and gallery management system created using the Kohana PHP framework, allowing the site owner to independently manage all aspects of the site.
	Skip Evict A highly secure private web application which tracks unexpected departures and evictions from rental properties and apartments. Successfully used to protect owners from repeated financial loss from a single individual renter.
